Advisory - August 22, 2023: EXCESSIVE HEAT WATCH IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH THURSDAY EVENING. HOT AND HUMID CONDITIONS WITH HEAT INDEX VALUES BETWEEN 105 AND 110 POSSIBLE.
